PAP and PSB officials ; forcibly removed at least 300 monks at Kirti Monastery ; located in Aba (Ngaba) county ; who resisted “patriotic education” and took them to locations outside the county.On April 23 ; Xinhua reported that the county government issued a circular stating that officials would require Kirti monks to undergo "legal education” on Chinese laws and regulations. Belongs to Kirti Monastery
