Sangtse, 45, a nomad from Chumarleb (Ch: Qumalai) County, Kyegu (Ch: Yushu) Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, was arbitrarily detained on 26 December 2022. Sangtse and his wife Tatso have two children, a boy aged 21 and a girl aged 15.
