Description of event

In January 2011 the facility’s director ; Atsun Tsundue Gyatso ; “disappeared” (RFA) after local officials questioned him several times. He reportedly had composed a song with “separatist” lyrics and authored a book on Tibetan history (The Black Book) discussing information Chinese officials deemed “sensitive” (RFA).
